The 4th industrial revolution is well underway, and the exponential growth of
data is not the only change you should be prepared for. In 2020 it’s expected
that 62%1 of the population in Asia-Pacifc (APAC) will be connected to the
internet and 44%1 of this trafc coming from mobile devices by 2022 we are
increasingly moving the physical to the digital. The world is smarter, more
connected, and more disruptive. So how do you keep your workforce competitive?
How can you prepare for a digital workforce?
Digitisation of the workforce is more than just implementing the latest IT systems!
To stand out, digital leaders need to engage with clients and suppliers and
equip employees with the tools they need for their role. More fundamentally,
they need to understand the digital skillsets those employees need, where the
gaps are and how to fll them – then integrate that into their talent strategy.
